The Systems Challenge — Rules

Short version: install systems, photograph each serial number, report the win in your portal. Approved systems count toward the month they were installed. Ten in a month earns a badge, twenty-five earns the next one, and fifty — for Aquonyx dealers — earns the award tier.

1. Who can take part

Any Water CheatCode member with an active account in good standing. The 50-system tier and any award attached to it are open only to members who are approved Aquonyx dealers at the time the month closes. Water CheatCode staff and Aquonyx employees are not eligible for awards.

2. What counts as a system

One system is one water-treatment unit that you (or your company) installed at a customer's property and invoiced to that customer during the month. A softener and a reverse-osmosis unit installed at the same home are two systems. Service calls, filter or cartridge changes, repairs, rentals and equipment you did not install do not count. A system may be counted once, by one member — if two members of the same company report the same unit, only the first approved report counts.

3. Proof

Every system needs a clear photograph of its serial number, uploaded with the win report in your portal. Photos are private: only Water CheatCode staff can see them, and they are never used in marketing. A report without a photo for each system is not accepted. Reports are reviewed by staff; approved systems count, rejected ones do not, and the XP a rejected report earned is removed.

4. Verification

We may check any serial number against Aquonyx manufacturing and shipment records, and may ask for the installation address, invoice or an install photo. Reports that cannot be verified may be reversed, and a member who submits a false report loses eligibility for the challenge and any award and may have their account closed.

5. Months, tiers and timing

A system counts toward the calendar month of its install date, in your account's time zone. A report must be submitted by the 5th of the following month to count. Tiers are 10, 25 and 50 approved systems in one month unless the portal shows different numbers; each tier reached pays a badge and XP automatically, once per month. Tiers do not carry over — every month starts at zero.

6. Awards

Badges and XP are awarded inside the portal. Any physical award, credit or prize for the top tier is announced separately, is a sales incentive for Aquonyx dealers rather than a consumer sweepstakes, and is reported for tax purposes where the law requires. Awards are made to the dealer business, not to an individual employee, and are delivered after the month has been verified.

7. Leaderboards

The monthly systems leaderboard shows approved systems by your leaderboard handle. Turn on "show my real name" in Settings if you would rather appear by name. Your serial-number photos, addresses and invoices are never shown to other members.

8. Changes

We may adjust tiers, proof requirements or awards for a future month by updating this page and the portal. Changes never apply retroactively to a month that has already closed. Questions: hello@watercheatcode.com.
